1. Standard Classes & Workshops
- Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before the session.
- No refund if canceled less than 48 hours prior.
- Bookings may be transferred.
2. Camps
- Full refund if canceled 7+ days prior to the start date.
- 80% refund if canceled 3–6 days prior.
- No refunds after the camp begins.
3. No-Show Policy
No refund for missed sessions without prior notice.
4. Program Cancellation by Us
Full refund or program credit will be provided if we cancel a program.
5. Retail Items & Craft Kits
- Returns accepted within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Customized products are non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
