- Sessions Two or three one-hour sessions each week
- Schedule Monday through Thursday. Available one-hour time slots may include 4:00 to 5:00 PM and 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Morning appointments may be available for homeschool students.

Assessment and placement
The complimentary assessment may evaluate letter recognition and sounds, connected-word reading, fluency, handwriting, writing, vocabulary, listening, speaking, comprehension, and previous Arabic learning. Parents then receive the recommended level, schedule options, goals, and required book with its price.
Curriculum and books
- The program follows a structured, progressive Arabic curriculum.
- Each level has specific reading, writing, vocabulary, speaking, listening, and comprehension goals.
- Books are not included in tuition.
- Book fees are confirmed after assessment.
- Additional books may be required when a level is completed.
- Purchased books belong to the child.
Learning levels
Level 1
Pre-Reader
Letters, sounds, formation, beginning vocabulary, listening, and speaking.
Level 2
Beginner Reader
Connecting letters, short and long vowels, simple words, handwriting, vocabulary, and simple sentences.
Level 3
Developing Reader
Sentences, short passages, writing, vocabulary, comprehension, and conversation.
Level 4
Arabic Language
Speaking, listening, comprehension, structured writing, grammar foundations, vocabulary, and oral expression.
Level 5
Advanced Literacy
Fluent reading, written expression, grammar, comprehension, Arabic texts, discussion, and summarization.
Schedule and tuition
Monday through Thursday. Final placement and schedule are confirmed after assessment.

Grouping and attendance policy
- Small-group tuition does not guarantee private instruction.
- If only one student attends because others are absent, the lesson continues.
- Made By Me may recommend another time slot for a better academic match.
- Monthly tuition reserves a fixed weekly schedule.
- Missed sessions are not refundable.
- Makeup sessions are not guaranteed.
