By using our website or registering for any Made By Me services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Made By Me LLC offers: creative workshops, sensory play, seasonal camps, educational programs, and private events. We may update or modify services when needed.

3. Eligibility & Participation of Minors

All participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Guardians must ensure accurate information, timely pickup, and disclose allergies or needs.

4. Registration, Payment & Booking

Bookings must be completed through our official platforms. Payment is required to secure a spot.
Prices may change, but confirmed bookings retain the original price.

5. Safety & Liability

We maintain a safe environment. However, parents acknowledge inherent risks. Made By Me LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of materials or failure to follow instructions. Liability waivers apply within Washington State law (RCW 4.24).

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

7. Photo & Media Consent

Photos or videos may be taken for marketing. You may opt out via written request prior to the session.

8. Behavior & Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises safety.

9. Program Cancellation by Us

We may cancel or reschedule programs due to low enrollment or emergencies. Guests may request a refund or program credit.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on our website belongs to Made By Me LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Privacy

We comply with Washington State consumer protection and privacy laws.
